Another fun frundraising effort.

On May 12, 2012, my sister and I will be selling our tutu’s and flower clips at a fundraiser for Ryan’s school. All of the proceeds we collect from the school festival will go towards Ryan’s walk.

It’s a pretty awesome event, that I’ve attended since I was a small child. The hallways of the school are full of private vendors (my sister and I will be there!), the gymnasium has tables set up all over so people can purchase food and have an area to sit, relax, and socialize. There are tables and games down one hallway for kids to buy tickets, play a game and win prizes. They have a silent auction, rummage sale, plant sale, a live auction, and they’ve started to sell raffle tickets for big priced items. It’s an amazing event where all of the money (other than the private vendors) goes back to the school for supplies, equipment, and amazing thing the school provides for the special needs children who attend this state of the art school.

I’m extremely excited for this! It will be the first time my sister or I will be apart of a type of craft fair type event. We really don’t know what to expect….so I’ve been trying to get a bunch of tutu’s made while she’s in charge of getting the clips together and ready. I still have a bunch to put together but here’s a sneak peak!

If you’d like information on this event to either be apart of it, donate for it, attend, purchase tutu’s or raffle tickets, please email me.

I’ll update you all on our progress and how much this will increase our fundraising efforts!
